We had a fun day on the lake taking a ferry from Iseo to the Island in the middle of the lake – Monte Isola – the largest lake island in Europe!
We were able to take our bikes and cycled around the island some 9km in circumference.
The trip back was to a different port North of Iseo called Sulzano
Cycling back we saw the following commemoration to the fallen in both world wars
Tomorrow we are leaving Italy for Austria – watch this space …….
