We had an early start and flew to the coastal town of Guayaquil and then on to the Galápagos Islands where we were met by the crew of the yacht La Pinta.
After lunch we were taken by small boats to the Island of South Plaza where we were greater by a cacophony of noise from loads of Sea Lions save for this little fella who was sound asleep
The island was full of land Iguanas so the choice of pictures was huge
Also on the island were lots of sea birds including this swallow tailed gull and the amazing grace of the Frigate bird.
Tomorrow we are off to Santa Fe so watch this space.
