France Day 8 – Port Grimaud

Well a great start to the day when we found one the the rear tires leaking air. How to stretch ones school boy French to explain to a mechanic that you thought that the valve might be leaking or it’s a puncture and then ask for a tool to take out the old valve!!!

Once sorted we got on our way to Grimaud and saw the sun on the hills to the East of St Maxime.

It was definitely one of those days as we arrived at the campsite to find our premium pitch was more like the lower slopes of Snowdonia.

They said they were full so we ended up on one flat pitch for one night and then move to another tomorrow.

Once all that was sorted we retired to the beach for a bit of sun and a walk

The first picture is of two black yachts with black sails enjoying a good find across the bay and the second is a distant view of St Tropez Port (more pics over the next few days)

Back to pedal power tomorrow to explore Port Grimaud.
